Penelope Jean Hayes is a new consciousness author, television contributor, and speaker. She has appeared on-camera hundreds of times as an expert guest on programs including Dr. Phil, ABC News, and internationally on topics that include social interaction, contagious energy, purpose pursuit, and the self-help industry. In 2019, Penelope was invited by the Spirit Messenger Pax to a long conversation, channeled by intuitive Carole Serene Borgens, about the environment, life on Earth, and beyond. These conversations soon became the books The Likely Future (volumes 1 and 2), and the bestseller Do Unto Earth: It's Not Too Late. Penelope's longstanding motto is: "Our higher selves do not hurt each other, harm animals, cause war, or discord with nature of any kind." For this reason, her vocation is to raise others up and she does this through teaching the dynamics of contagious energy and through her work as a viralenologist.

Carole Serene Borgens has been channeling Spirit for wisdom seekers since the early 1990s. However, this Divine Wisdom Source's chosen name of "Pax" was first introduced—intended as a term of unity and peace—during the writings with author Penelope Jean Hayes, who serves much like an interviewer asking questions of global and environmental import. These writing are now referred to collectively as Pax Wisdom. Carole grew up in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, is a former nurse, and enjoys driving and showing English cars. Carole has had many wonderful adventures and experiences, yet she refers to her gift of channeling as “the greatest blessing in my life.”
